Welcome

Perform an evaluation on your child to determine their need for physical therapy, equipment in the home, orthotic use, etc. This is a thorough evaluation to gather as much information to better the care for your child.  A Plan of Care will be development from the evaluation and discussion regarding therapy treatment sessions.  (Lasts up to 45 minutes)

Occurs annually after receiving an evaluation. This happens if your child is receiving regular therapy session for over a year.  We will create new goals and determine new baselines for your child. We will also discuss the progress of your child's goals. (Last up to 45 minutes)

This can be a Child or Adult in the state of NC that has general concerns.  We will use a HIPAA compliant virtual platform to discuss your concerns and determine if a PT evaluation will be needed. Private Pay Only! No Insurance Involvement. ( 30 minutes session)

Adults Only (21 years of age and older).  This will be education on exercises and check ins on progress towards addressing concerns determined during the consultation visit. Private Pay Only! No Insurance Involvement. (up to 20 minutes session)
