Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who serves primarily the pediatric population since 2014. She has experience in the following conditions: children with medically fragile and complex conditions, delayed developmental milestones, equipment assessments and LMNs
for children and adults, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, hypertonia, hypotonia, generalized muscle weakness, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions. Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT provides service to clients located in North Carolina under Wake and Johnston Counties. We service the following areas: Clayton, Garner, Wendell, Zebulon, Smithfield, Benson, Angier, Knightdale, and Raleigh.
JSpears Therapy & Wellness also provide Virtual Sessions for Developmental Consultations, Parent Check-Ins, PT evaluation and treatment. We are able to use the following video conference applications: Microsoft Teams or Doxy Me. We prefer to use Microsoft teams or doxy me to be HIPAA compliant.
Pediatric (0-21) and Adults (21 & over) Medicaid
JSpears Therapy & Wellness accepts Medicaid for ages 0-21 (Pediatrics). We accept the following Medicaids: NC Medicaid Direct, Healthy Blue, & Alliance Health
Pediatric (0-21) & Adult (21 & over) Insurances
JSpears Therapy & Wellness is in network Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna Insurances. All other insurances we do not accept.
Private Pay
JSpears Therapy & Wellness offers private pay for those who insurance we do not accept. We do offer discounts to private pay clients. We cannot accept Medicaid clients as private pay.
