Billing & Payment Info

Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT, LLC accepts Medicaid for all ages 0-21. Currently, Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT, LLC is out of network for all other insurances. We accent the following Manage Care Insurances: Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete, Alliance Health and Community United Healthcare. Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT, LLC is out of network with all private insurances. 

Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT, LLC does not accept private insurance. If a client wants to receive physical therapy services from Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT, LLC they will be considered as self-pay. The clients will be charged the self-pay rates for each PT individual service. Please view our Rates page for more information.  We can generate an itemized bill to send to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Your insurance company will reimburse you based upon your insurance plan. 

We accept adults with Medicaid and Medicare Part B insurances!
