JSpears Therapy & Wellness accepts Medicaid for all ages 0-21. Currently, JSpears Therapy & Wellness is out of network for all other insurances. We accent the following Manage Care Insurances: Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete, and Alliance Health. JSpears Therapy & Wellness is out of network with all private insurances.
Private insurance (for any age)
JSpears Therapy & Wellness does not accept private insurance. If a client wants to receive physical therapy services from JSpears Therapy & Wellness they will be considered as self-pay. The clients will be charged the self-pay rates for each PT individual service. Please view our Rates page for more information. We can generate an itemized bill to send to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Your insurance company will reimburse you based upon your insurance plan.

We accept adults with Medicaid and Medicare Part B insurances!
