for children and adults, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, hypertonia, hypotonia, generalized muscle weakness, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions. Jennetta Spears, PT, DPT provides service to clients located in North Carolina under Wake and Johnston Counties.
JSpears Therapy & Wellness also provide Virtual Sessions for Developmental Consultations, Parent Check-Ins, PT evaluation and treatment. We are able to use the following video conference applications: Microsoft Teams or Doxy Me. We prefer to use Microsoft teams or doxy me to be HIPAA compliant.

JSpears Therapy & Wellness is out of network with all private insurances. We are able to create a superbill for you to submit to your private insurance
Private Pay
JSpears Therapy & Wellness does accept private pay clients. This method does not involve insurance companies. Ask about our Discount! We cannot accept Medicaid clients as private pay.
